My journey isn’t exactly typical! I studied nursing, but my career quickly shifted into the heart of global business, eventually leading me to Google, where I managed the Equipment Management and Cellular Support teams starting in 2016.
Working in a massive international environment exposed me to diverse cultures and talent pools. Through that experience, I came to realize something powerful: Filipinos possess an inherent, unmatched gift for BPO.
